Our Story

EL CAFÉ is a cozy hole in the wall located on Taraval Street at 24th Avenue across the street from McCoppin Square in the Parkside neighborhood of San Francisco.

We are a small family owned business passionate about sharing our love for organic fair trade NOMADIC COFFEE and our signature Panini sandwiches to our neighborhood. It’s been always our dream to open a café in our neighborhood. We believe life begins after a good cup of coffee!

"This is the BEST cafe on Taraval & one of my faves in the Sunset. Great staff, delicious food and coffee. My 1 1/2 year old son and I visit a few times a week. One of very few places with oat milk, they make a scrumptious oat milk mocha! They also have wifi unlike a few other cafes on Taraval. I actually live 1 block away from another spot but am always willing to take the trek to el Cafe!"
